This class takes place in person and online.

Ballet Pilates gives you the chance to learn and explore a wonderful mix of basic ballet moves and pilates techniques to stretch, tone and mobilise your body. The session will help you improve balance, flexibility, posture and fluidity of movement. Ballet Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise, so you should feel able to enjoy the class regardless of your fitness level.

Please make sure you wear something comfortable and that you can move freely in.

  • About the Tutor

    Beth Fisher is an experienced dance teacher and founder of The Beth Fisher Academy. She has a range of qualifications, including a BA HONS degree in Dance, a PGCE degree for teaching, IDTA Accredited, Safeguarding (NSPCC), CPR & Anaphylaxis, First Aid, and Mental Health in Sport.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Please wear slightly fitted, comfortable clothing that you can move easily in (eg. a t-shirt with leggings, yoga pants, or slim tracksuit bottoms), and socks or canvas/leather ballet shoes.

    All of our online content, from classes to events, can be accessed from our dedicated online platform CogPlayer. This links directly with your ARC account and automatically provides access to content you have booked through ARC’s website. This means you can log in with your usual ARC account details to easily access classes, performances, and other online activities.
