Miranda Richmond

Ground Floor Gallery
May 15th- June 26th
In the classical tradition, and using mainly landscape as the vehicle, I am attempting to explore the structure of the world which I experience as a progression of living forms in a complex relation to one another and to myself as the viewer.
Emma Wolfindale

Ground Floor Gallery
June 26th – August 9th
Emma graduated in 2006 with a degree in Arts and Education. During her degree she experimented with film, installation and performance. Since graduating she has been concentrating on painting and hopes to work within and arts and education setting in the future.
Emma is interested as an artist in the use of light. In some of her compositions she distorts the sense of light and in others exaggerates. In many of her pieces she tries to capture the movement of light using photography and use the blurring and distortion of the light as a stimulus to create a final work.
