A theatre performance in your own home
ARC, Stockton Arts Centre is offering a unique opportunity, for you and a few of your closest friends, to enjoy a piece of theatre in the comfort of your own home.
The venue has secured a stint with home-performance pioneers Signal to Noise, and is now taking bookings for their new production Henry & Elizabeth, happening this June.
The performance is cleverly improvised around each particular home venue, its contents and audience members, offering a unique experience at every show.
Henry & Elizabeth is a classic tale of love gone wonky. This show will make you cry, laugh, and it may even have you making some life-changing decisions. The show kicks off with Henry being defeated by a simple repair job, which causes his long-suffering wife Elizabeth to snap.
Henry & Elizabeth is a gentle and captivating domestic comedy with a surprise up its sleeve.
"By the end of our performance, two people had cried, one pretended not to, and two made some life-changing decisions. So who says theatre doesn't matter?" The Guardian
The show has been so popular that already four of the six available performances have already been snapped up by audience members fascinated by turning their lounge into their very own pop up theatre.
Each performance is just £120 and the host can invite up to 12 friends and family to join them in this unique and intimate piece of theatre.
Remaining performances can be booked through ARC Box Office on 01642 525199. With this show a good seat is definitely guaranteed!
