Maybe Myrtle Tyrtle, thankfully, can't be slotted easily into any confining and restrictive pigeonhole but words like alt.country and psychobilly have been bandied about and the group has coined the term "Squak-a-Billy". Certainly the 'bum-chack' rhythm is much in evidence but there is so much more to hear, enjoy and to dance to.

Whole Lotta Led: A Tribute to Led Zeppelin

Whole Lotta Led: A Tribute to Led Zeppelin

This is not an ARC event.

Saturday 22nd November

7.45pm

F:£12 C:£10

It’s been many years now since the legendary Led Zeppelin split up, many tribute bands have tried to keep the Zep’s awe inspiring music alive but none have had quite the impact of Whole Lotta Led. The band’s integrity and musicianship comes blistering through in the passion for the music they play.

This concert sees them take on the whole of Led Zeppelin IV album, and they don’t stop there, you can expect all your favourite hits too. If you’re still looking for a reason to check these guys out, the band received the ultimate seal of approval from Jimmy Page himself and if that isn’t reason to come and witness this band in action, we don’t know what is!
