We advise you to book early to avoid disappointment. The Box Office team can help with sales, reservations and enquiries. A voicemail service is available if our lines are busy and we endeavour to promptly return your call.

Detailing your ticketing requirements and include a daytime telephone number in case of queries. If you would like your tickets posted to you please add 50p postal charge to the total cost.
Seating Plans
All public areas in Arc have disabled and wheelchair access with disabled toilets on every floor. Wheelchair seats are reserved for all performances. Please advise the Box Office of your requirements when booking your tickets. Our staff are happy to help with the use of the Lift and with any other assistance required. Guide Dogs and Hearing Dogs are always welcome, please advise the Box Office when booking so that adequate provision can be made. Induction Loop facilities are available in some spaces for people with impaired hearing, for a £5.00 fully refundable deposit. A portable version is now available too for use in the bar and meeting room areas.
How to Pay
We accept all major credit and debit cards. As of the 1st April 2005 a 50p charge per transaction will apply to all card payments. This is to enable us to keep our overall ticket prices at a lower level enabling the arts to be accessible to more people. There is no charge for payment by cash or cheque. Cheques or Postal Orders should be made payable to Stockton Arts Centre Ltd.
Tickets Discounts & Concessions
Are available for most events and as appropriate for students, senior citizens, children, those with disabilities and those in receipt of benefits. Restricted view tickets are sometimes available. Additional ticket options such as ‘Pay What You Can’ where you name your price, and offers like ‘Buy 1 & Get 1 free’ are available for selected performances, ask the Box Office for details.
Group Bookings Discounts
1 free ticket in every 10 is available for Group Bookings at most events. Speak to our Box Office team on 01642 525199, who will be happy to discuss any other requirements that you might have. Group Bookings can also take advantage of special catering offers, contact Arc Bars & Catering on 01642 525195.
Reservations
Can be held for 3 days, and must be paid in full no later than 24 hours before the performance. We reserve the right to release uncollected reservations for re-sale.
Exchange of Tickets
Tickets for all shows are non refundable.
In exceptional circumstances tickets may be exchanged for another show or resold, for which there will be an administration charge of £1.00.
Please Note:
The management reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances. Every effort is made to admit late comers at a suitable point during a performance however admittance cannot be guaranteed. Mobile phones must be switched off before entering any workshop, class, performance or film. The use of cameras or recording equipment of any kind is totally prohibited. The management reserves the right to change seating arrangements; all efforts will be made to give adequate warning of such changes. We endeavour to ensure that all information provided by Arc is accurate at the time of going to print. However, we suggest that you contact the Box Office for confirmation of details before setting out.
